My mom and I went in on an early Friday evening because my elderly mother wanted her ears pierced. There were 2 women in front of us, and they spent about 30 minutes just looking at earrings, which meant my mom had to stand with her walker. I asked the clerk at the front if my mom could get her ears pierced, and we were told it would be an additional 1.5 hours before she could pierce my mom's ears. The clerk was rude and dismissive to my mom. We will not be back.
