Llegamos 4:30 para hacerle una perforación de oídos a mi hija y una mujer de cabello corto nos dijo que teníamos que esperar media hora, preguntamos si podíamos salir para agarrar algo de comer en nuestro tiempo de espera y nos dijo que si, regresamos 5:32 y nos dijo que ya no podía atendernos porque era muy tarde. Y no tenía ningún otro cliente en la tienda. Ella fue muy poco cordial.
My 10 year old daughter insisted we leave a 5 star review and i readily agreed. Amazing customer service. From helpful, knowledgeable, professional to entertaining and mollifying a 2 year old. They offered a shopping basket, coloring pages and did a fantastic job with ear piercings. My daughter wants to go back the next day.
My mom and I went in on an early Friday evening because my elderly mother wanted her ears pierced. There were 2 women in front of us, and they spent about 30 minutes just looking at earrings, which meant my mom had to stand with her walker. I asked the clerk at the front if my mom could get her ears pierced, and we were told it would be an additional 1.5 hours before she could pierce my mom's ears. The clerk was rude and dismissive to my mom. We will not be back.
