Ashley's customer service is atrocious. We stood in line for over 15 minutes before we were even acknowledged to check out. I get it she was the only one there and another customer was going to get their ears pierced, but we were in line ready to go while they were still picking out the jewelery and there was no excuse for her to not take 2 minutes to cash us out so we could leave. PLEASE DON’T GET YOUR EARS PIERCED AT CLAIRES! Go to a tattoo or piercing place. We went here to get my sister’s ears pierced. The lady marked it and said if you don’t like it I’ll mark it as many times as we need to get it right. My sister said she wanted it further up and the lady marked it further back instead of further up so my sister tried to explain where she wanted it and the lady just gave up and went and got another lady to come do it. My 9 year old daughter got her ears pierced at Claire's in CDA in December, she wanted to pay for it herself, it was $80 for the 18k gold earrings (I'm not sure, but wondering if they're not good quality) the girls were friendly and did a good job, but she was told she can change her earnings in 3 weeks. At the 3 week mark my daughter was asking to change them, she had been cleaning them 3 times a day for 3 weeks, I was hesitant, and told her to wait another week, so she did.
