my daughter got her ears pierced here and when they gave us the earrings to put in they didn’t fit even though they reassured us that they would. On top of that her ear has gotten infected after getting pierced. Would highly suggest going somewhere more professional than Claire’s . Maybe go to silver Safari. after my daughter‘s ears were healed I took her to silver Safari and they didn’t get infected and all the earrings that we bought fit her and we went there again for her second ear piercing.
Fair price and excellent service. I Called 6 minutes before they closed to inquire about a tiara for my 8yr old daughters birthday. By the time we walked in the cashier had all options set out on the counter and greeted us out front with a smile. Then took her time to let my daughter try each on while she held the mirror for her. Outstanding Service from Alice at Claire’s in CDA! I had such a great experience at Claire’s thanks to Alice! I came in to return a few items I had purchased earlier, and she made the entire process quick, smooth, and completely stress‑free. Ashley's customer service is atrocious. We stood in line for over 15 minutes before we were even acknowledged to check out. I get it she was the only one there and another customer was going to get their ears pierced, but we were in line ready to go while they were still picking out the jewelery and there was no excuse for her to not take 2 minutes to cash us out so we could leave.
