It's gone!!!! 😭
Travelled from Coldwater, MI and previously checked google to see what time they were open till… pulling in the outlets, the Claire’s sign is gone and the store is vacant. No indicator online about this location being closed.
I had an appointment for 1 and the door said they were on break for 30 mins so we waited for 45 mins then the piercing experience was ok.
They where amazing with my daughter forever piercing! 10/10!
Great experience with the piercing, but when one fell out a few days later, the manager was useless in customer service. On top of that, the district manager couldn't be bothered to return my call. Customer first? Not quite, Claire's. Never again!!
