I walked in to Claire's in the Trumbull Mall asking for Barefoot Sandles. The little girl behind the counter said no we don't sell sandles. I asked if she knew what Barefoot Sandles are and she snottly stated no but we don't sell them. I asked how she could state they don't sell something without knowing what the product even is.
