The ladies that work here are the sweetest and most accommodating ear piercers I’ve met till this. I had the pleasure of working with Lyubov to get my ears pierced, she’s such an expert at it and does a wonderful job. Jayleen is the manager of Claire’s in Dulles Mall and was supposed to get off of work at 6:00pm and we were running late due to traffic and when I called she told me to take my time and she would be here. She was wonderful, professional and the store was so clean and organized. I will definitely be back to get my other kiddos ears pierced and mine too and will only trust this manager Jayleen.
