I had a wonderful experience at Claire’s thanks to Jelin! She was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. She made sure we felt comfortable, answered all of our questions, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Jelin truly went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. Claire’s is lucky to have her on the team. Highly recommend!
We had one of the most incredible customer service experiences tonight at Claire’s. I honestly wish I had gotten the assistant manager’s name because she deserves to be recognized. I brought my daughters in to get their ears pierced, and my youngest daughter was extremely nervous. She really wanted to do it and kept saying she was ready, but every time the moment came, she became scared and couldn’t go through with it. We had an unacceptable and deeply distressing experience at the Claire’s location in Dulles Town Center while having our 10-month-old daughter’s ears pierced. Immediately after her left ear was pierced, the earring backing came off. The piercing specialist acknowledged that this should never happen and explained that the opening in the backing appeared to be excessively large because of a manufacturer defect.
