Really disappointed!!! The customer service was terrible. We got an ear piercing and then grabbed earrings from a rack that was supposed to be $2. I even asked to confirm everything on the rack was $2 — she said yes. At checkout, one rang up over $9, and then I was told that pair “wasn’t on sale” and they refused a return or exchange. Rude, dismissive, and felt completely misleading
The ladies that work here are the sweetest and most accommodating ear piercers I’ve met till this. I had the pleasure of working with Lyubov to get my ears pierced, she’s such an expert at it and does a wonderful job. She ensured the process was explained to me throughly, answered all my questions and was super patient as I changed my mind multiple times about the selection of earrings and even the location of the piercing.
