I accidentally left my phone on the counter and the girl working there give it back to me. I really appreciate how honest and nice all the people working here are.
My five star rating is based on a telephone call not a visit to this location in person. I got a piercing two days prior at a different location and as I was cleaning, it came out. The location was closed, so I called this location, Niesha answered the phone and was so helpful. She provided such knowledgeable information pertaining to my situation in an empathetic & professional manner. We had an extensive conversation. Niesha definitely knows superior customer service. She’s an asset at this location for sure.
