Don't take ur kids here for piercings the short women cocked an additude bc I asked one simple question and she thinks I'm going to have someone like that Pierce my daughters ears think again! She needs to be fired!
I have never had a bad experience there. The girls are always friendly. The only downfall is when getting free earrings, there is a limited quantity, so get the ones you want before it is too late.
We had such a lovely experience getting my 4 year old's ears pierced. We easily made an appointment online, got to the store on time and they were happily waiting with the paperwork ready. Our piercer took her time mapping the dots on both ears and had me check several times to make sure I thought they looked good. She also took her time and got to know my little girl, making sure to give her a countdown while explaining exactly what to expect! I called about getting a diamond nose piercing and some young girl sounded like a kindergartener acted like she didn’t want to be bothered answering my questions..these younger people have total disrespect for older people that may have hearing or speech problems..have some respect and empathy..or go flip burgers behind the front counter or phone
Tammy and her co worker gave us amazing customer service. My 5 year old twins had a wonderful experience getting their ears pierced by them. They were so sweet and pleasant with them. It made it a memorable day! They are a great team. They are a mother in law and daughter in law and seem like the best of friends!
