My daughter (only 1.5 years old) and I came to your store for her ear piercing appointment at 3:30 PM on September 2nd at 13904 Town Center Blvd, Noblesville, IN 46060. When I first arrived, I already felt that the staff member’s attitude was not very friendly, but I didn’t pay much attention to it. However, after she finished piercing my daughter’s ears, my daughter cried a lot. Lady asked what brought me in and I said I heard it was closing through tik tok and she got offended? Made me so uncomfortable I just had to walk out
The customer service here is awful. I simply asked the lady working there a question and she snapped at me. I understand that the place is short staffed but there’s a way to say things especially to a paying customer. I won’t be returning because of her and her unprofessionalism.
Very disappointed in the customer service, I completely understand being short staffed, but to not even acknowledge us standing at the counter, THEN when I approached her after a few minutes she was completely rude and acted as if I was bothering her by asking NICELY if it’ll be awhile before we could check out. We decided we didn’t want to wait 30min to buy a pair of earrings, we passed her and said thank you have a good day and we were completely ignored and glared at. Unacceptable for someone in the retail business.
