I went with my mom and sister to all get our ears pierced and Cat was so sweet she was so kind and supportive. She made sure we understood how to clean our piercings and made it as painless as possible. SHES AWSOME! ♥️

Cat was exceptional from the moment we walked in to walking out. It was only her in the WHOLE store. And even though it was a Wednesday the store was overflowing and with ear piercing after piercing. We waited calmly until it was our turn. My daughter who is special needs and terrified of needles wanted her ears pierced. Even though the phone rang 2 separate times and people walked about the store the whole time. Cat had so much patience/compassion. She deserves a raise and some extra help in that store.
