Horrible costumer service was very rude to my daughter and granddaughters will never go here again if they can swear at a 3 year old then they don’t deserve any business of any kind
Wish I wouldn’t have taken my daughter here to get her ears pierced. It’s a very exciting thing for a young girl (and mom) and the workers couldn’t make it seem any more miserable. From asking them if they have time to do a piercing to them doing it they honestly act like you went up to them and told them your child just vomited in the store and they need to clean it up. Went to get my granddaughters ears pierced at the Fox River Mall in Appleton Wisconsin had two of the most rudest people I’ve ever met in my life. It was an awful experience and we’ll probably never go back there.
Extremely disappointed with our experience at this Claire’s location. From the moment we walked in, the staff acted like we were bothering them just by asking about getting my daughter’s ears pierced. They were not friendly at all. When we were finally helped, the employee took a piercing gun out of the trash. Naturally, we asked if that was going to be used on our daughter, and the response was shockingly defensive and dismissive: “Everything is sanitized. Made an appointment on Saturday June 28, for piercing, after we walked in, that to girls, become aggressive and said us that they need to close right now, leave the store that they need to figure out something about there stuff, we told that we have an appointment but they didn’t care.
