Made my girls and my experience very Pleasant and will return. To the store when. Kim is there to get more piercings done thank you
We went in to get a 6 yr old and a 9 yr old ears pierced. Our employee was Shelby and I am glad it was. What a great person with kids. Patience and very sweet. She explained to us and them what she was doing and how it might feel and it went great. I thank her for making this special for them and easy on us.
Kim was great at the Meadowbrooke Mall!
Kim was very knowledgeable took her time very impressed
Shelby was exceptional. She was extremely patient and kind with my daughter. She desperately wanted her ears pierced but was very anxious. Shelby took her time and did not rush her.
