Had a very rude / odd experience happen today. I came in at 2:15 to buy some new earrings. I picked out what i wanted to buy and went to the cash register. I noticed there was only 1 worker and she was piercing someone’s ears at the moment. I thought “‘no problem she will probably be with me soon” nope. My little sister had a terrible experience at this Claire’s honestly idk why this place stayed open my little sister mind you she is 13 years old she wouldn’t hurt a damn fly and this lady with short brown hair was following her around and told her if your not gonna buy anything just leave like excuse me why in the world would you say that to a little girl and she has money just awful behavior from that employee

I got my ear’s pierced by Kelsey! She was absolutely great. She made me feel comfortable. She was very nice and I absolutely loved her personality. I also have Tourette’s and I felt like she was being very patient with me. ❤️ I highly recommend going to her.
