We took my daughter there because she wanted her ears pierced for her birthday. The piercer (lady with bangs and dark hair) was extremely rude and felt annoyed the whole time. She got huffy when we didn’t take her recommendations on the more expensive jewelry and made it very uncomfortable the whole time. I wish my daughter would have had a better experience with it being her first time. Do not recommend this Claire’s!!
