What great customer service! I walked in to the store and told them … “ I usually do not go earring shopping “ they laughed which made me feel great . Best customer service by all the people that work there … you are lucky to have a team like you do … made my hole day …. Now if I like the earrings is upon me … but again great experience and went and beyond . Thank you for having such nice people on your team.
Ash and her team went above and beyond to get my granddaughters ears pierced. I would choose her and her team over and over again watching how they got down on her level and talked her through the entire process. Thank you all so very much! This was at Mall St. Matthew’s in Louisville KY

I am from out of state but can honestly say this location was the cutest and most tidy Clair’s store I have ever visited. The atmosphere was great, and Kalah was the biggest help! She had knowledge about everything from piercings to the latest trend my daughter wants. I would highly recommend her to anyone with questions. Kalah’s hospitality was unmatched!
