My 5 month old daughter had her ears pierced today at Claire’s by Jenn. She was absolutely amazing at taking her time to explain the steps of the procedure, as well as the after care instructions. She was calm and professional the entire time and made me feel at ease throughout the process. I recommend Claire’s 100%, and will be telling everyone about my experience!
I was beyond impressed with our experience at Claire's Belleville! We came into the store last week looking to get my 6yr old daughters ears pierced. I also had my 3yr old with me and was a bit worried about how things would go. The lady working was Victoria, and let me just tell you... that woman is incredible!! Took my 10 month old daughter to get her ears pierced and was extremely happy with the service provided. From start to finish, Jenn was friendly, knowledgeable and gave lots of opportunity to ask questions. Definitely recommend.
We went in today to get my 14 year old daughter’s ears pierced (second hole). The customer service was horrible. The only lady working was not pleasant or friendly. She made it seem like we were inconveniencing her. We will get the service done elsewhere.
