What a fantastic experience! Booking ear piercing online was simple. Once we arrived the associates were quick and efficient. I appreciated that they spoke to my kids and gave them choices (whether to countdown or surprise them). They didn't seem rushed and were perfectionist to ensure the dotting was even. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for a great experience!
I had a very disappointing experience at this Claire’s location. I brought my sisters because I’d had a great experience here before, but this visit was the complete opposite. The employee on duty, Victoria, said she was new and didn’t offer any help. After purchasing piercing products, I asked if she could help us just put the hoop on (we were not asking for a piercing), but she refused. My four year old wanted her ears pierced and I took her into Clair’s at the Quinte Mall, Jenn helped us out and was absolutely amazing. She is so great with little kids, she pumped my daughter up and explained just enough so as not to make her feel nervous or scared, she had her hold a cute stuffy and was just really fun and positive. She made the experience a memorable one and was so kind. I would recommend her to anyone with little kids who are wanting their first ear piercing, very professional and handled it like a pro.
We were having troubles with my daughter’s piercings and popped in to buy some new earrings. Both ladies (especially Jenn) were super helpful by offering advice and even helping switch over to the new hoops. Fantastic team working here.
My daughter got her ears pierced here. First of all, they were closed when we came with a sign on the door saying they would be back in half an hour, so they do not have enough staff to run the store. Secondly, when we came in, the girl didn't even acknowledge us. I had to go up and ask her about the ear piercings. She was not pleasant at all.
