Absolutely embarrassing service. I’m not sure what her position was, but Miranda: you absolutely suck. She doesn’t pay attention to customers and I thought she was talking to herself. Turns out she was ON THE PHONE. I’ve seen her snap at her associates and I wondered how she even has staff with the way she talks to them. It’s a good thing I can read since SHE DIDN’T EVEN GREET ME. The 2 ladies at this store are wonderful, and they have excellent public relations. They are welcoming to everyone who comes in the store.
I rarely leave reviews for places unless they're good. That said, Lexxi had the best customer service I've seen in a long time. I nervous about getting my ears pierced, but she didn't make me feel rushed and took time and care with explaining everything in detail. It's hard to find people in customer service these days that care.
