Absolutely embarrassing service. I’m not sure what her position was, but Miranda: you absolutely suck. She doesn’t pay attention to customers and I thought she was talking to herself. Turns out she was ON THE PHONE. I’ve seen her snap at her associates and I wondered how she even has staff with the way she talks to them. It’s a good thing I can read since SHE DIDN’T EVEN GREET ME.
