Today, I brought my TWO YEAR OLD daughter in to get her ears pierced. Megan and Tha-la worked collaboratively to assist with my daughter. Not only did they ensure my needs were met, but also provided stupendous customer service to others. Once again, I would like to thank the store team members for providing stupendous service, it is very rare to receive such service these days!

I got my 2nd, 3rd, and my cartilage pierced and I didn’t feel anything
I scheduled an appointment for 10am this morning for ear piercing. Upon arriving at 9:50am the store was still closed. I waited. At 10:01am, the store was still closed. I noticed someone in the back, so o proceeded to knock on the door. The associate came to door , unlocked it, did not greet me, and looked extremely annoyed.
