We took my daughter here on a whim today to get her ears pierced. Both employees were so kind and reassuring to her. They worked well as a team while the store got busy between piercings.

Today, I brought my TWO YEAR OLD daughter in to get her ears pierced. Megan and Tha-la worked collaboratively to assist with my daughter. Not only did they ensure my needs were met, but also provided stupendous customer service to others. Once again, I would like to thank the store team members for providing stupendous service, it is very rare to receive such service these days!
