I went to the mall to go to build a bear with my kids for their birthday on the way there we called the perfect timing. There was someone just sitting down to get their ears pierced. It was supposed to be open, but it wasn’t the one in the Fairfield mall
Absolutely TERRIBLE!! Made an appointment- it was confirmed, day of 40 minutes before appointment I received a text it was cancelled- no reason. Called the store, no answer. I was already on my way- got to the store it was closed. Made another appointment for an hour later, confirmed appointment online- store is still not open even though it clearly stated open online- workers were in the store but lights off and gates were down. No cancellation text or anything- tried calling and no answer!!! DO BETTER!!
My 10 year old daughter and I just came in to get her second ears pierced and when I say I wanna give the BIGGEST shoutout to Jasmine, I’m not kidding. She was absolutely the most gentle, patient, kind, loving, just all around perfect person to do this job. She did all she could in the hour it took my daughter to calm her nerves and actually get it done. She truly truly is the absolute BEST!!!!!
