Step daughter came to get her first ear piercing done, on her birthday. The employees barely looked at us as we entered and we got treated like it was an inconvenience. The worker was SO RUDE as well. I didn’t expect them to jump up and down because it was her birthday but I expected better from a grown woman who is listening to a 9 year old tell her it was her birthday and her first piercing. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I got my ears pierced here and being new to piercings, I didn't know the starting ones they put it were too small. The earrings receded through the rear of my earlobes and got stuck. It was just as painful as it sounds. The studs were stuck inside my earlobes and I had to basically perdorm surgery on my ear to get it out. I was questioning if I needed to go to the hospital. Got my ears repierced and it was pretty pain-free! I also did some summer shopping. Great deals!

Employees are okay with parents forcing a child to get their ears pierced. They listened to the mother threaten to beat her daughter butt if she didn’t do it. Then the mother sat on this little girls lap and the father covered her mouth and the employees just went ahead and did the piercing. Horrible.
