Buena atención
The employees at this location are incredible! They are kind and knowledgeable, and go out of their way to be helpful. The store is always well organized and staff are patient even when there are many customers and there is only 1-2 people on the floor. I always feel welcome when I stop by
They made our experience of getting our sons ears pierced such a breeze. Very friendly. The only down fall was inventory on earring choices (which i don't fault the staff for at all).
I took my grandchildren to get their ears pierced for their birthday. (1/18/25.) the staff was so helpful, easy to work with, and very accommodating. The girls made my grandkids feel safe . They explained the process every step of the way . I highly recommend the Claire’s at the Berkshire mall.
