I took my grandchildren to get their ears pierced for their birthday. (1/18/25.) the staff was so helpful, easy to work with, and very accommodating. The girls made my grandkids feel safe . They explained the process every step of the way . I highly recommend the Claire’s at the Berkshire mall.
The employee Morgan was absolutely amazing! She was so calm and patient to pierce my nose and made me feel less anxious! Wow she really did a great job!! Give this girl a raise! Her smile and energy was amazing!

The girls that did my daughters ears were awesome. Wish there were some more cheaper options like 40-50$ range for piercing, ended paying 85$. Yet our experience was great.
