Took my daughter here for her birthday on November 14th. The store had a promotion going on and the sales associate told us that everything was included in the sale except the items along the back wall. We did our shopping and upon checkout only two of our items were included in the promotion; the others were not so unless we did more shopping we did not qualify. Yesterday, I got my daughter’s ears pierced by Lily. She was very sweet and kind. Even though it was a holiday, I really appreciated her professionalism. I definitely recommend this place and will be coming back for their upcoming sale!

As I waited for the store to open at 10. I watched the employee open the gate on time. I got up to enter and she locked it behind her and walked away in the mall leaving the store closed. 10 min past opening hours and the employee is still no where to be found. I was looking to get a piercing and jewelry but I will be finding a different piercing spot as this is unprofessional for such a largely owned business.

Store does not open at 10 as advertised on the internet. If you try to call ahead, there is no recording of store hours.

I took my girls to get their ears pierced on 2/9. Lily was very rude and had a nasty attitude. When I asked if there was a manager there she told me she was the manager. Poor manager skills.
