Poor customer service. Store opened today at 11:00, I walked around, waiting from them to open. Came back at 11:38 and the 2 workers were literally closing the store and running out to go shopping themselves!! Wow!
My granddaughter and I got our ears pierced. The customer service was wonderful and ladies did a awesome job with me and my granddaughter.
Customer service was nice, but the earrings I will never purchase again. The posts are too large to enter the hole in my ear. I see now why my daughter will not wear her pierced earrings. She always said they hurt, and they do. A waste of money, yet still my daughter's favorite store.
