I needed to replace an earing for my daughter and was concerned that the ear may need to be re-pierced. I called and spoke to Rodneisha. She was kind, considerate, and extremely helpful while listening to my issue and thoroughly explaining my options. She advised that I could come into the store the same day, for service, which I did.
