I got my ears pierced here with my daughter.My daughter is 6 and was a little nervous but the staff were great and friendly.

To the Claire's Owner, Just walked out the store, the customer service was terrible!! I decided to spend my day off grabbing a few things for my daughter. I was not greeted properly and when I did ask for help on an item I was told that the employee was unaware on what they had available.
They need better customer service . Asian girl is not very knowledgeable on how to treat customers. Doesn't say thank you and short with my girl friend in the past Been there twice. This is the Last time for us.
