You’re a well known brand and kids love your products. Prices aren’t cheap, so I expected much better service. The woman working was rude, unhelpful, and I couldn’t even get a receipt because the machine wasn’t working. She didn’t even apologize or offer any proof of purchase. Honestly, I don’t understand why you hire staff who cause you to lose customers and sales. Train your employees on basic customer service. I won’t be coming back.

Still the same products, but the customer service quality has gone way down. The lady at the cash register is sitting & doing nothing. There's no ear piercings being done & they can't issue any receipts because the receipt printer isn't working. I didn't see any employee smiling & was not greeted. I can get better service at any store in the mall. I'm shocked this location hasn't closed.

My daughter (18) went in and had her 2nd and 3rd piercing done. Sales associate rushed through her piercing due to the fact she was the only person working and another was waiting to be pierced. She did not take her time and didn't pierce them straight. 2 days after she was following her regime to clean and while spinning the entire earring fell out. Store manager is not train what so ever, aweful.she doesn't know how to pierce ears, she messed it up twice on my 1 year old and would not give the district manager information. She should be fired and should not work in customer service.

Got my second piercing. In one ear, the piercing is slanted downward in the back so when I wear the first earring, the backs criss-cross and rub. It is painful and hard to tell which back is which when removing. I called to see if they could repierce it more straight-back when healed. I was told I have to spend another $80-100 on a whole new starter kit because "everyone holds the gun at a different angle." They apparently don't stand behind their work. Very disappointing.
