Horrible service, but could be fixed. Went here with my wife and daughter to get her ears pierced for her birthday but the associate working (whom claimed to be the assistant manager) was uncomfortable and denied us service, then as we were walking out another associate with purple hair started to talk bad about my family with the assistant. Please work on your staff Claire’s!!!
Great place! Highly recommend!
Associates are so friendly and answered all of my questions. Pierced my ears and talked me through the process and were done within 20 minutes, making jokes and keeping my mind off of the sting. Amazing workers, can’t wait to come back and see them again soon!
Worst experience ever ! They was so rude to my little 2 year old. Never ever again will I go there .
