God i hate this place. It used to be such a nice store but in the past 2 months its gone to hell. Its always a mess there are always boxes and totes everywhere. And even worse theres never a worker!! Half the time I come in there there is nobody. The last time I went in to get my little girl pierced we waited 30 minutes with no help. Had the best experience here tonight thanks to Annabel and Kendra! They were so kind and friendly and really helped my little girl feel comfortable getting her ears pierced! Their customer service was truly top notch!
I bought 2 items and the boy and girl with matching fried yellow hair that checked me out were so rude, they didnt tell me the amount I owed and didnt give me my receipt. They were also completely ignoring me.
Very pleasant. Mother had needed new ring holes. I believe she got the whole package for $81.00. Birthstone earrings, piercings and a bottle to keep everything clean.
