I would like to complain about cashier/manager of that store Jasmine Berry, who has no customer service skills, arrogant, not helpful, rude and disrespectful. I asked her to assist me with gift options and she did not have any suggestions. Well, I thought it’s ok. The younger lady has a staring problem and doesn't stay at her desk half the time, she talks to this one guy in the hall and doesn't even treat you with good customer service. Wish I got her name but she made me and friends so uncomfortable, she gives dirty looks & whispers about you- literally while you're in the store. Dark hair- Cant stand when she works- Trinity is very nice though! But yeah, I wouldn't recommend.
