Went in today to take my daughter to shop and the blonde lady was so rude, seems like she hates her job. She was sitting behind the register while ringing me up and the way she was dressed was not appropriate for Claire’s. Whoever is in change needs to hire better people!

All the place uneven and got infected, even though I treated it really well
I would like to complain about cashier/manager of that store Jasmine Berry, who has no customer service skills, arrogant, not helpful, rude and disrespectful. I asked her to assist me with gift options and she did not have any suggestions. Well, I thought it’s ok. Then I asked her how the deal “buy 3 get 3 free” works, which she said the same words with no explanation on the prices on the best options etc… By the end of the day I asked her to hold while I was choosing between merchandise , and she gave me the most inpatient ... read more
