Riley was very pleasant and kind. Helped me and my friend get piercings. Very helpful !!!!
Very disappointing experience at this Claire's location. The staff were extremely impatient and rude—especially Jess, who handled my piercing. She seemed rushed and wanted to finish the process in just 10 minutes. When I politely asked, "Can you be more patient and nice? Can you do that?" she gave me a cold, dismissive look and didn’t respond to any of my questions. Instead of explaining how to use the disinfectant, she just said, "I'm sure you know how to use it," and walked away. I would not recommend this branch to anyone... read more
Excellent customer service throughout the year. I do want to highlight that on our last visit we had the pleasure to be assisted by Naomi and she is very knowledgeable, experienced and so kind.
