Busy store but well maintained
My daughter came in for a nose piercing service but we ended up doing an ear piercing second and cartilage. Super informative staff and very professional
Extremely disappointing experience at this Freehold Claire's location. The staff were extremely impatient and rude, who handled daughters piercing. She seemed rushed and wanted to finish the process quickly. She was very rude and very impatient. This Claire's branch is terrible. They only keep hiring employees with worst attitude that wanna fight with customers no matter what. Everytime we stop there there employees are either having bad attitude or not around. We witnessed a customer waiting for cashier to show up so they could buy what they want but the girl working there wasn't around, customers waited for 10 minutes and no one show up.
