Got my ears pierced when I got home realized that one was lower than the other. So I went back the next day asked if they could reposition it to where it should be, I would have to buy a whole new kit at 40 bucks for their mistake. Not a happy camper! I will not go there again
I will never step foot in this place again. The workers and corporate need to learn how to deal with customers. The customer satisfaction is the worse I have ever encountered in any situation. You better get people who know how to pierce kids ears, when the parents called and asked if there were two people to pierce child's ears and they said yes!! I will let everyone i know not to set foot there!
