Alex was so amazing with my 7 year old niece when we got her ears pierced. She had an extremely hard time after the first one was done, and I've never seen anyone in my entire life have the patience that this man had for the whole situation. Give this man a promotion, give him a raise, I would go to war for him. He's my Helen of Troy. Amazing expirence 10/10
My youngest granddaughter had an appointment today for ear piercing. She is almost 3 months and her mother my daughter is a first time mom…so we were soooooo appreciative of the support, professionalism, knowledge, and kindness that Dustin showed! He had to wait for my daughter to pull up my grandchild’s shot records which took quite some time but he was nothing but patience the entire time! He is an absolutely amazing and a rare individual! i got my ears pierced by alex and he was amazing , super helpful and nice . made my experience great
On the 21st we planned a visit to Claires to get my granddaughter's ears pierced. The manager Alex was called to work after the employee who was supposed to work went to hospital. Alex showed up, handled the piercings professionally, navigated a shaky WIFI and didn't let anything ruin his day. Thanks, Alex!
Dustin at the town center location was incredible! He did a great job explaining all the steps and stayed calm which put my daughter at ease. He is passionate about this job and the results showed! Highly recommend!
