Who doesn't love Claire's? If it sparkles and has unicorns I'm all about it!
We've been hesitant in coming back to this location because of the previous reviews and team from last year...But we were very impressed with our visit today, Ms. Jennifer is incredibly sweet to customers and did my daughter's first piercings wonderfully. We will definitely keep coming back often
Every time I have come to this location of Claires, there is a board on the door stating that they are on a break, will come back in an hour or it says - on emergency break and there is no mention of when the store will open again. And one day I was in the mall for more than 2 hours and then checked back again, the store was still closed and that too during operating hours. What a disappointment! Zero professionalism.
