What a disappointment Claire's has turned out to be. Super expensive. It used to be so much fun to see all the fun items at great prices. I won't be going there again. There was nothing for my granddaughter to choose from that was not a small fortune and was worth taking home. What a disappointment. Claire's new owner's concept sucks. I can't get over the change. The new owners completely ruined it. No thank you! Staff was nice enough.
Terrible experience at Claire’s. Staff and manager had no idea how to apply a Simon’s VIP 20% coupon and made me wait ~20 minutes. I was overcharged—a ~$95 purchase should’ve been $85.88, but I was charged $99. When I returned, the manager blamed the system and was rude instead of fixing it. After almost an hour, she finally admitted she scanned something wrong. Poor training and very unprofessional.
Hanna was amazing! I went into Claire’s looking for one cute pair of hoop earrings and somehow left with a bunch more, a necklace and some headbands. She was so attentive to my likes and dislikes and honestly made me feel like she’d known me for years with how well she understood my style. The whole experience was fun, easy, and genuinely enjoyable. Claire’s is lucky to have her. Thank you, Hanna, for making my shopping experience such a great one, I’ll definitely be back!
