Good for kids
I had a great experience at this location with a sweet worker named Mahin I believe (hopefully I spelt her name right). I came in to get a piercing done for my sister, and although it was extremely busy and she was alone, she explained every step of the piercing and made sure my sister feel as comfortable and not rushed even though she had to attend to other customers. I had a very terrible experience with my ear piercing here. They are not good, only care about the money. Please save yourself from trauma and go to other locations maybe.

What a disappointment Claire's has turned out to be. Super expensive. It used to be so much fun to see all the fun items at great prices. I won't be going there again. There was nothing for my granddaughter to choose from that was not a small fortune and was worth taking home. What a disappointment. Claire's new owner's concept sucks. I can't get over the change. The new owners completely ruined it. No thank you! Staff was nice enough.
