Took my daughter to get her ears pierced and had the privilege of working with Portia. She was warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. She made the experience one where when we go back, we only want to work with her. Well done for excellent customer service.

Portia was very friendly and kind. She helped us with pricing, showed us different options. If you want to get your ears pierced go to her she is the best.
Portia did my second ear lobe piercing . Beautiful spirit and very knowledgeable! Highly recommended .
