Ari at Claire’s was amazing! She made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the ear-piercing process and were very professional and friendly the whole time. Ari took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me pick out great accessories without being pushy. I really appreciated her honesty and helpful recommendations. My piercing experience was smooth, clean, and stress-free thanks to Ari. I’d definitely recommend asking for her if you’re visiting Claire’s!
My family experienced exceptional customer service from both employees this afternoon as they assisted with piercing my 7 and and 9 year old children’s ears. They provided age appropriate education to both children and took their time throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to ensure that my entire family felt comfortable, safe, and understood the entire process from start to finish!
Ari was so sweet and a wonderful salesperson! The store always looks nice, but especially during the holidays <3
