Emma was amazing! So kind and patient. Our experience at Claire’s was great because of how awesome Emma is!
The staff were so kind and gentle! I wasn’t sure where to take my girls for ear piercings, but this was definitely the right choice. They did a fantastic job with my 2 and 4 year-old, and made the whole experience at Claire’s wonderful.
This is a nice looking store. However, when I went in there recently there was not much for me to buy. My nieces might like this store though. It is unfortunate about their closures.
Took my daughter to Claire’s for her 7th birthday piercing and it was a terrible experience. Vicky and Jasmeet were extremely rude, missed the correct spot on her ear, and the piercing gun malfunctioned. They refused to fix the issue or offer any apology. Completely unprofessional—would not recommend.
