Had a regrettably horrible experience here. Came today to my 4:30 piercing appointment on time, and the first thing that threw me off were the employees taking other people with walk-ins before us, making us wait for a long time. However, the thing that we were not satisfied with the most was the costumer service and earrings given to us. Pushy and unpleasant experience. On December 27th, the employee (the opener for that morning) repeatedly pressured me to add more items to my purchase despite me saying “no” several times. It wasn’t until I firmly said, “No, please ring this up,” that they finally stopped. The interaction felt disrespectful and made the experience unnecessarily stressful. No means no—customers shouldn’t have to insist multiple times to be heard. Not everyone wants the “deals,” not everyone wants more.
We went for ear piercing, and Mya was absolutely amazing! She was patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and so professional. Even though she was short-staffed, she handled everything on her own, taking great care of each client. Super impressed with her professionalism!
Friendly professional service, but their "Free ear piercing" is very misleading. It's one thing to require an earring purchase to get the free piercing, it's another to charge $60 to $120 for basic earrings that are nothing special.
