Very clean and well stocked with great deals. I've been in a few times: employees have always been friendly and helpful to my remembrance. Today we were helped by Nadia at the register who was very friendly. I even went back in searching for a Palm Pet for someone who is hard to shop for. My (12 years old tomorrow) daughter received her 2nd lobes piercing with Miss.Jessica. What a treasure Miss Jessica is to Claire's. She was so patient and knowledgeable with my daughter asking questions. Miss Jessica a delightful young lady that truly demonstrates professionalism, joy and a love for serving others!! Stopped into Claire's in Hagerstown Maryland to get my son his much wanted ear piercings. Nadia was our piercer she did a great job very attentive in our needs and was very patient lovely attitude would definitely come back and see her again
Jessica was such a lovely associate!!! I took my daughters and their friend on a mini shopping spree. Jessica memorized their names and made their experience so wonderful. She also pierced one of my daughter’s ears and was so fast and efficient. We’ll be back!!! Thank you, Jessica!!!
