My son and I had our first appointment with Dr Melanie Maurus regarding mole issues...mine pre-existing, his new. I was nervous as I had seen my (deceased) Dermatologist for many years. I was pleasantly surprised. The clinic is having some renovations done, so the main reception area is a bit out of sorts, but there are plenty of chairs in the waiting room. Arrived there today on instructions from my Doctor. Info says it is open till 12:30. Upon arrival at 12:18 the doors were locked and someone said the clinic was full so no more allowed in. In actuality there were no patients in the building at all as the staff were all slipping out the side door and leaving early early. What comes first when you are on the payroll, your job or your personal life. I know the answer to that one. This clinic has had ongoing complaints floating around the community.
