We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the Team at Claire Place. They were all so compassionate and very accommodating to the specific needs of our Lily which truly helped so much in helping her to pass peacefully at home. They never rushed us to say goodbye and the memorial items they left with us were very thoughtful. They even checked in with us the next day to see how we were doing. Claire Place made saying goodbye to my boy Tucker during this very difficult time. They treated Tucker with such respect right until the very end. They showed such compassion to both Tucker and myself. I will highly recommend them to anyone I know who has to make this difficult decision. Tucker and I both thank you.
Amazing! On July 2nd we had to put down my moms 18 year old cat, when I called on Canada day I talked to Natasha on the phone. I had never done a call like this before but she was amazing and walked me through the processes. On the day Dr. Dorothy came to my moms place and was so calming and respectful. My mom was having feelings obviously about everything but Dr. Dorothy talked us through everything and made the processes a lot easier. I HIGHLY recommend this place if your needed to say goodbye to a beloved pet at home.
