Dr. Anna Huff has been a wonderful therapist for all the times I've seen her. From speaking emotions, to putting things in perspective, she's been extremely helpful.
Dr. Huff is great! We've made a ton of progress together and I'm grateful that we connected through Lyra. I enjoy our weekly sessions and I learn something new about myself through her curiosity.
Dr. Huff has been a life savior for me. I've absolutely loved how she actively listens without judging me (which I felt my last therapist was doing; not good!), and compassionately pushes me further unpack my emotions and see beyond where I might be stuck. She has helped me address various challenges, and has celebrated my progress and accomplishments :) She's helped me feel more in touch with who I am, further realize my self-worth, and often reminds me to be kind to myself. Can't thank her enough!!
