First-rate care from Dr. McGroder and her staff.
Dr. McGroder was personable and informative. Unfortunately, she had not received all the information requested from my home hospital and was unable to fully explore all treatment possibilities. Due to this, I only gave 4 stars as it was frustrating to drive 3.5 hours for an incomplete conversation. The staff was welcoming and efficient. Even after my departure they were very helpful in pushing my home hospital to provide the requested information. I would definitely recommend Dr. McGroder and her staff.
Dr. McGroder is awesome! She explained my medical condition in terms that I was able to understand. She took the time to listen to my concerns and was very compassionate.
Excellent Doctor; she takes the time to listen and provides advice in terms that are easy to understand. Highly recommend her.
