Dr Kenneally was not very interested in my opinion. There were numerous issues that arose with the culmination being the billing department forwarding my information to another patient.
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Claire Kenneally for pretty severe insomnia due to hormones. She took alot of time to understand my history and recommended I work with a CBT-I therapist to improve my sleep. In the interim, she did recommend medication and could not have been more compassionate. Highly recommend.
She is absolutely the worst doctor ever. She is not at all concerned about finding the root cause of patients disease rather interested in giving you band aid medication.
Dr. Claire Kenneally MD may be competent, but she is backed up by the most incompetent, irresponsible, undependable and nonresponsive office staff I've ever encountered. After recommending a steep study, they never followed through on arranging for preauthorization. After 3 months of phone calls and emails to which they never responded, I found another sleep doctor. If it's of interest, the office staff of Dr. Margaret Park doesn't have any of these problems.
