After being a 30 year State Farm customer, with up to 12 policies. I moved to OKC, and after my interaction with Brandi and her stepmommy I switched them ALL because of the terrible job and piss poor customer service from this agents office! Because they didnt follow SOP and tried to call at 445pm on a friday,( 8-10 days after intial quote was run) where her step mother called and told us they were not going to be able to offer coverage. Absolutely the worst agent you could deal with, all my insurance combined is 1000 a month , they make so many mistakes, this is the third time I have been double charged through my account and am now in the negative for 800 dollars, I have never even spoken to who is supposed to be my agent, and her dogs always bark in the background so I can’t even hear
