I myself am a physician. I would like to say that Dr. Futenma met all of my expectations. She took a very thorough history and then did a full exam. The diagnosis she came up with was not what I was expecting. I am thankful for the time she spent, and the follow-up test she ordered. She also takes care of my 84-year-old mother, which is why I decided to see her. My mother‘s feet have never looked better. I feel her care was very personalized and excellent. Incredible and Highly skilled Dr. (Podiatrist). Through the years I have had issues with ingrown toenails. And have had procedures done to correct them. Each time though after , there was quite a bit of pain with past procedures from other Dr.'s. I needed to have another procedure to fix an ingrown toenail, so I had Dr. Futenma complete the procedure. Excellent personality, easy to understand and knowledgeable.
Tried to get an appointment for a foot issue. All the person on the phone seemed to care about was my insurance or method of payment. No question about my foot or what problem I may have or how urgent. Just whether I could pay or not then tells me after knowing I’m in pain that the next available appointment is in august. Not very helpful at all. Maybe worry about the payment later. Horrible and wasted my time. But they have a really nice website.
