Dr Frost has been a wonderful doctor, actually got me going to the doctor after not going for many manyyears. She has always showed appropriate concern and has listened to me and spent more time with me than I was allotted. I do not believe that anyone has had 1 star care from Dr. Frost. 1 star reviews - if you notice those who leave them tend to do so chronically. I am very concerned about the care my daughter received from Dr. Claire Frost. A clear medical error occurred, and when we sought care elsewhere, every other doctor we saw immediately recognized the mistake and expressed shock that it had happened in the first place. The situation caused my daughter unnecessary pain and stress, and the clinic’s response has been deeply disappointing. I’ve been seeing Dr. Frost for about a year and I really like her approach and care. She spends time talking with me in a holistic way about my health for my annual wellness visits, and when I’m sick she gives me more options and direction than at the urgent clinic. She even researched a treatment I was curious about to see if I was a good candidate and followed up by mychart after my appointment with her recommendations. I highly recommend her!
