You feel very comfortable when in her care. She is very safety focused and is honest and realistic about treatment plans. She offers multiple treatment options such as prescriptions, peels, lasers for skin issues and also multiple female and male issues including hormone balance incontinence and rejuvenation. She has treated multiple family members and all happy.
It was the annual Medicare visit. Then I got billed for an office visit,out of pocket. I contacted the office and learned that ,according to the chart I asked a question that is not covered by the annual visit! Therefore a bill over $100 ! I then asked for the documentation since I do not recall any topic that I discussed.And received the answer that the documentation does NOT support the billing...they call it an error !
