Three generations of our family, from my mother to my kids, having been going to Clair for as long as we've been in the neighborhood. She's extremely fair with her clients and provides great care. Still the best choice after all these years.
I write this review with great sadness. I received a text today making sure I confirmed my cleaning and appointment with Dr. Clair today. I started going to see Dr. Clair several years ago. Through mutual friends, we talked about everything and anything during our visits. Dr. Clair had a crown made for a rear molar that kept having issues with fit. AVOID @ ALL COSTS!!! My family & I were loyal patients of Dr. Clair’s for a little over 8 yrs. We’ve always taken excellent care of our teeth & never miss our cleanings every 6 months. After years of attitude & walking on eggshells w/ Tamara, (the rude, unfriendly front office manager), & Dr. Clair cutting her staff back (particularly hygienists - went from 4 to 2) making it nearly impossible to get in for a cleaning if you needed to cancel. I had been going for years and was always happy. Then they took steps to get out the oral hygiene 6 month check up routine. Apparently letting go of all their hygienist staff but one. But they didn't tell anyone. At least not me. They also stopped accepting insurance and didn't inform the patients. I had a surprise bill because of this and it's really a bad example of how to treat your patients and a great way for them to lose patients as well. But I suppose that's what they wanted anyways.
