AVOID @ ALL COSTS!!! My family & I were loyal patients of Dr. Clair’s for a little over 8 yrs. We’ve always taken excellent care of our teeth & never miss our cleanings every 6 months. After years of attitude & walking on eggshells w/ Tamara, (the rude, unfriendly front office manager), & Dr. Clair cutting her staff back (particularly hygienists - went from 4 to 2) making it nearly impossible to get in for a cleaning if you needed to cancel. I had been going for years and was always happy. Then they took steps to get out the oral hygiene 6 month check up routine. Apparently letting go of all their hygienist staff but one. But they didn't tell anyone. At least not me. They also stopped accepting insurance and didn't inform the patients. I had a surprise bill because of this and it's really a bad example of how to treat your patients and a great way for them to lose patients as well. But I suppose that's what they wanted anyways. My family has been with Dr. Clair for 15+ years and love her -- super nice, responsive and, of course, knowledgeable. Also, her team is top notch and has always been helpful. Highly recommend!!
