Called if they had white foundation for goth make up and they hung up on me. Very rude and unprofessional. Trashy place.
Upon entering the building I overheard an employee with red locs tear down another customer and stated “ I should’ve slapped her “ as the customer was applying oils and not purchasing .while I understand this can make any employee feel uneasy I do not feel it was necessary to threaten a customer and use profanity towards them .this was not a great shopping experience and also made the environment very uncomfortable .I definitely will not be back please speak to your staff on how to handle customers even if they are not the b... read more
