Had to go through this company for a claim, and honestly I only have bad things to say. Gillian was terrible with her communication and customer service. If you have a choice. Don't go through them
Unethical, Unprofessional, and Unresponsive. Disappointed with the customer service at this insurance company. Staff unresponsive and rarely replies. Very frustrating process and unreliable company that is used by City of Toronto. Dealing with Vanessa Stepnowski and her manager Kaylin Yataco is a complete waste of time.
I recently went through a total loss insurance claim that was partially handled by ClaimsPro, 3rd party adjusters contracted by Economical/Definity insurance, and it was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve dealt with. Absolutely terrible experience. I strongly urge anyone considering working with ClaimsPro to think twice. I’ve been given the runaround for over two weeks with no resolution, no accountability, and zero respect for my time. I had my no at fault accident claim from Economical sent to ClaimsPro, and I wish I could could back in time and stop that. Worst experience ever with their claims rep Beverly Smith, although a sweet lady on the phone for the first call out, I never heard from here again over phone after requests for a call back and her email replies came weeks apart once I started asking questions.
