Absolutely terrible experience. I strongly urge anyone considering working with ClaimsPro to think twice. I’ve been given the runaround for over two weeks with no resolution, no accountability, and zero respect for my time. I had my no at fault accident claim from Economical sent to ClaimsPro, and I wish I could could back in time and stop that. Worst experience ever with their claims rep Beverly Smith, although a sweet lady on the phone for the first call out, I never heard from here again over phone after requests for a call back and her email replies came weeks apart once I started asking questions. I submitted an insurance claim 3 months ago with all the information that was requested. I've spent hours sending documents and speaking on the phone with at least 10 different people over this time period. This all over a windshield replacement. It seems they are trying to make me go away and they don't want to pay this claim. I've never experienced anything like this before. I will never ever deal with this company again. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I’ve been dealing with this insurance company for over six months trying to receive a reimbursement cheque for a stolen vehicle. They repeatedly issued the cheque incorrectly, making it payable to two separate companies I own, despite the fact that I’ve clearly explained — in writing, over the phone, and even through a bank branch manager — that such a cheque is not depositable.
