I submitted an insurance claim 3 months ago with all the information that was requested. I've spent hours sending documents and speaking on the phone with at least 10 different people over this time period. This all over a windshield replacement. It seems they are trying to make me go away and they don't want to pay this claim. I've never experienced anything like this before. I will never ever deal with this company again. Frustration level couldn't be higher
Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I’ve been dealing with this insurance company for over six months trying to receive a reimbursement cheque for a stolen vehicle. They repeatedly issued the cheque incorrectly, making it payable to two separate companies I own, despite the fact that I’ve clearly explained — in writing, over the phone, and even through a bank branch manager — that such a cheque is not depositable. If you are a company or a customer, I recommend you do not work with this company. We have been awaiting payment since December 6th of 2024. The few times, I was able to get ahold of them they said it was approved and the are "waiting for funds" which tells me they only have enough to pay their employees and not any of their insurance claims.
