Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I’ve been dealing with this insurance company for over six months trying to receive a reimbursement cheque for a stolen vehicle. They repeatedly issued the cheque incorrectly, making it payable to two separate companies I own, despite the fact that I’ve clearly explained — in writing, over the phone, and even through a bank branch manager — that such a cheque is not depositable. If you are a company or a customer, I recommend you do not work with this company. We have been awaiting payment since December 6th of 2024. The few times, I was able to get ahold of them they said it was approved and the are "waiting for funds" which tells me they only have enough to pay their employees and not any of their insurance claims. Disappointed with the customer service at this insurance company. Staff unresponsive and rarely replies. Very frustrating process and unreliable company that is used by City of Toronto. Dealing with Vanessa Stepnowski and her manager Kaylin Yataco is a complete waste of time.
