Beyond awful – This claims service is beyond awful. It's corrupt, they don't play by the rules, and repaired my car without authorization. They say they will call you but they don't. This has happened more than once. They took 2 weeks to repair a vehicle that should have taken 5 days according to guico. These people have no care for the customers and all they want is fast money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
