I must admit I'm a little shocked to see some of the other reviews. My experience with Derek has been quite the opposite. While it has been hard to reach Derek at times, he has been a godsend as I had so many issues with my home fire claim I didn't even know where to start. Derek's determination to have my home insurer follow their own PDS has resulted in a conversion from a dodgy repair which caused me loads of grief because my gut was telling me something was wrong, to a new build which was a much more appropriate outcome.... read more
Bushiness appears to be a one man band, that I feel over charges, is slow and has questionable ethics. Said that our strata insurance should give us another $6,900,000 on top of our 2019 bushfire payout - 18 months later so far nothing, just a $400K+ bill.
Do not engage this company. You will be left bankrupt
Stay away from this business / Derek. This business offers you the world and once contracts are signed Derek seizes to help you with passion or care. Derek / Claim Partners for 1 year achieved absolutely nothing for me when dealing with my claim and still billed me an extremely excessive amount. He will not respond to your emails or calls and then when he does he will act productive.
