Recently, I had a problem in my home. I woke up to find a puddle of water on my kitchen counter. After making a couple of calls. I was directed to call claims master. I called them at 7:45 in the morning. They were at my home at 8:15 with fans dehumidifiers and proceeded to direct me as to what to do I was given help taking down cabinets and directed where to open the ceiling and walls so it could dry out. Claim Masters came, took lots of pictures of my home, talked with me, and had me sign a contract. They set up air cleaning equipment and told me they would return in a couple days. They came back and removed their equipment. Then the phone call, cancelling my contract. I guess they were not getting the insurance money they expected. Great way to do business.
