When we discovered water in our basement on a Saturday morning we called Claim Masters and they were there in an hour getting the water removed. Good service, no issues and all the water was removed and the basement dried out.

Recently, I had a problem in my home. I woke up to find a puddle of water on my kitchen counter. After making a couple of calls. I was directed to call claims master. I called them at 7:45 in the morning. They were at my home at 8:15 with fans dehumidifiers and proceeded to direct me as to what to do I was given help taking down cabinets and directed where to open the ceiling and walls so it could dry out.
