The entire team at Claim Masters are the kindest and hardest working people when you are living a nightmare. They dried out and saved an EXPENSIVE hardwood floor for us and returned it to its original moisture level and appearance after significant water had soaked into it for quite some time. Without Claim Masters we would have incurred so much expense, work, and frustration. Thank you so much for all your relentless work and help to get us back where we needed to be!
We had a leak in an upstairs bathroom that ran for several hours before the water was turned off and created a mess on three floors. Claim masters was on site within a couple hours of the phone call and immediately started wet vacuuming and drying out the house. When we discovered water in our basement on a Saturday morning we called Claim Masters and they were there in an hour getting the water removed. Good service, no issues and all the water was removed and the basement dried out.
