The delivery was fast on same day order! The employee was very helpful on our phone order! I think there was a language issue from employee but she was very helpful and patient! I got a picture from the recipient and the arrangement was perfect and exactly as I requested! I definitely will send arrangements again from Flowers by Grace

My first time using this florist based on reviews and online recommendations. I live in Texas and flower arrangement was going to Tennessee. For a dearly departed individual. The flowers arrived the same day as ordered and requested. What made this experience superb is that everyone in the family loved them and made them cry at seeing how beautiful the colors were. The bouquet was vibrant, elegant and full! Thank you for a great delivery and service. I've included a picture.
